We realize the scope of our ministry at this level of excellence is expensive, but we believe the transformational impact we’re witnessing is worth every penny.
Irresistible Church Network (ICN) and International Church Networks
In addition to our eight local churches, we support the operations of the Irresistible Church Network. This network of 97 churches across the United States connects and supports like-minded leaders in creating outward-facing churches that unchurched people love to attend. These 97 churches impact the lives of more than 550,000 adults, students, and kids.
Beyond the United States, we have been instrumental in founding four international church networks designed to extend our mission beyond our borders. These networks serve another 116 churches, impacting 94,000 adults, students, and kids.

Total Impact
In total, our current ministry scope impacts more than 700,000 adults, students, and kids. Fully funding this level of life transformation is our top priority, and we can’t allow future opportunities to become the enemy of current impact.
Ministry Expense
As you can imagine, it takes quite a bit to keep all of this running.
Operating and maintaining over one million square feet of facilities
Creating and implementing 50 Sundays of ministry programming
Supporting and developing over 500 talented staff members
Maintaining and expanding the Irresistible Church Network as well as financially supporting our international networks
The annual budget for these initiatives is around $86 million, which includes ongoing facility maintenance, ministry programming, and staff support. As some of our facilities have been in operation for 20+ years, investments are needed to ensure we continue our level of excellence and impact.
The Financial Need
To continue our mission with the same excellence and reach, we need $96 million per year over the next two years. These funds will sustain the infrastructure, ministry programming, and global expansion necessary for long-term life transformation.
